What's your record for "thumbs down" on one of your answers?

Do you know how to make yourself poop at a certain time each day? For example, in the summer I use to go poop right after I woke up and ate breakfast, but now that school has started I usually have to go right in the middle of the day. However, I do not want to have to go during school, so do you know how to get in a routine of going at a certain time each day? I want to be able to go in the morning, before school.

Generally, the average life span of my question is 1-3 days, when it tragically undergoes an untimely death. The autopsy reports show that while my questions had minor health problems(usually poor sense of humor and lack of exercise), foul play was definitely the cause of death.

An ongoing investigation is underway to catch the perpetrators.
