Lose the sex any day and you'll probably lose that as you age anyway. Imagine the frustration of never being able to see the face of your loved one, your children, a sun set, having to learn braille to be able to read, never watch your favourite "soap" or footie, reliant on everyone else for transport, for shopping, for clothing, for your food preparation. Anyway, sexual pleasure isn't just about having an orgasm.

Your question reminds me about my childhood fantasy. I loved a homemade drink of lemon juice and sugar, pepper powder and some salt to taste. Yes I would but not permanently- i mean us women really do get the better deal what with multiple orgasms dont we!
I dont think id need an hour though- about 6 mins would do it.

No not really something ever considered.
I only know of one woman who has orgasmed at the same time as me, and the feeling she gave me during that was fantastic.
but yeah would be interesting to know how it felt. ! !

I don't have any desire to know what it feels like to orgasm as a man. I have great orgasms as a woman.
