1) The Louisiana law that has banned baggy Pants?

2) Do you know how many people in Louisiana that have been charged under this "Baggy Pants" Law?

3) Do you know a website where I can get information about the origin of the law and how many persons have been charged.

This is assignment for my Law class and i have been looking on google and yahoo "search" but just can't get the answers I'm looking for.
