2) Do you know how many people in Louisiana that have been charged under this "Baggy Pants" Law?

This is assignment for my Law class and i have been looking on google and yahoo "search" but just can't get the answers I'm looking for.

Go to: http://www.legis.state.la.us/

Type in "baggy pants." Change the default session search from "2007 Regular Session" to "2004 Regular Session" and you will come up with "HB1626 SHEPHERD SUBSTITUTE ADOPTED ON THE HOUSE FLOOR CRIME:Prohibits wearing pants below the waist".

Click on the "HB1626" link and it will route you to another state legislature page. On that page, you will see another link labeled "ALL." Once you click that, you will find all of the links referencing this law available on the state legislature website.

As for how many people being charged under this law, I have no idea.

is there a law here? if there is, no one has told me and we sure could use knowing about it. esp at the schools.
