It's amazing how we as adults try to rationalize our hypocrisies. We tell our children one thing, but, when the same test is put to us we shoot mental observations on how it is "way" different. When in reality, there is no difference. The animal magnetism takes our forethought and logic and moral lessons get thrown out the window, that is until our children come to the same test, then how quickly we say it's different with adults and your decision to do what you wanted doesn't apply to their scenario. Your child is watching you very very close right now. You have two options. To keep their trust and respect, or lose it completely. But Hey! You'll get what you wanted for this short period of time, what's the need for respect?

Neither of my kids have ever asked me. However, I would tell them to trust their instincts and use protection. I hope they keep their heads about them.
I think normally two to three dates is good enough to know if the feelings are right. I stopped dating a while ago so I think it would take an act of god to get me to...........

Yikes! How about until you feel connected on more than a physical level ......3,6 or 10- or that's the only focus the relationship will have. Unless that's all you want, of course.
