You: A man has been shot!

Other end of phone: We'd love to help, but our last copper having a sh*g right now. Just give the bloke a plaster! Okay, have a good day!

I see so much on TV and in the paper about celebrities complaining about being persued by the news media and photographers...DUH they are PUBLIC figures. How much privacy do you think they really should have, considering their chosen profession...entertaining the total population?

I can tell you that I have a few pet peeves on here:

(1) Illiteracy. If you can't communicate a question or answer, it drives me crazy. Sometimes it's just a matter of people being too lazy to run spell check (just type it in Word, spell check it and copy & paste it in Yahoo Answers)

(2) Using text abbreviations. Write it out! Writing words like "ne1" (anyone?) is ANNOYING.

(3) People that don't answer the question and just judge and attack people. For example, if someone is already using formula with their 8 month old baby, what's your point of attacking them and saying that "Breast is Best?" Seriously, that's like telling someone after they chopped all their hair off that they'd look better with long hair. It's hard to change it now....you're just being mean. Answer the question or leave them alone.

Example: Scientists debunk "Spontaneous Generation" which is the belief that life can just appear out of nowhere (such as maggots on rotten meat) yet they teach abiogenesis which teaches that way back a long time ago life came from non-life. Same thing, different term.
