For me it would be communication. Communication is definitely key because if we have that we can have trust. Trust leads to faithfulness and that leads to a very strong relationship...

Communication/Listening. If you can't talk and really listen to the other person, there is no point in even having a relationship as far as I am concerned.

Comfort I think. Being comfortable with the person you are with and feeling able to completely be yourself, to go to the toilet with the door open, to change your sanitary pad in front of them lol to give birth in front of them and ask them to check your haemmaroids out for weeks after.
