I was sitting in the parking lot at the grocery store on my cell phone. I started noticing a large amount of couples and the men just got in the car and never opened the door for the ladies. Am I just "old school" or has some chivalry been lost along the way. After the 45 minute phone call was over I noticed at least 50 couples and only two men opened the door for their lady. Shocked, maybe I was raised different, but do you ladies still like us to open your doors, place the napkin in your lap, pull the car up for you when it rains, start and warm the car in the winter mornings..etc..?

I went back after many years and discovered this was true. There was a monument by the park that all the kids climbed on. It was a Very big deal to make it to the top... but I never did. Then we moved.

When I went back many years later, I expected to see this very tall monument, but I was greatly surprised to find something that hardly reached my chest! Nothing was like I remembered at all!

I see so many people smoke right over top of infants and children and they don't seem to care about the effects this has on other's health. I even know of people who use nebulizers for their asthmatic children and still smoke around them! It seems like cigarette smokers are the most selfish of all addicts. My mom used to smoke when I was achild but as soon as she found out the effects the smoke had she stopped and did not allow anyone to smoke around me! I really don't understand!??!

Hmm. its already half of the year and slowly but surely will come Christmas and next February which is just few months ago from now. I mean I am a Chinese and we celebrate Chinese New Year usually in Jan or Feb. But sadly so little has been accomplished thus far.
