Wow...it's like you know me...I feel that way quite often...but I just look to the saying "this too shall pass" and it always does!

Yes, life can suck sometimes. But thankfully, I don't want to fade away most days - just when bad things happen, people disappoint me, etc.
Whatever's going on with you, it will be okay. Trust me.
