Actions normally as they get noticed most, but words can really hurt if they are personal and if they are that serious and harsh they also will probably get you in trouble. Overall i would say that actions get you into more trouble!

my sister does it too and she always gets away with it! the silly moomoo! Flipping heckers, I always get in trouble and get a right telling off afterwards when I feel stupid for saying and doing it.
