Suggestions on breaking in a new pair of shoes?

I have purchased a pair of Dr Scholls nurses shoes. I have worn them for three weeks now. Problem is, the right shoe anklet does not seem to be breaking in. I was left with a bloody back of the ankle :( Any suggestions of how to get that stiff material to ease up a bit? I have worn them long enough. Other then that they are comfortable.

If you believe it is okay for girls to be "tomboys", is it okay for boys to dress like girls and act girly?

Okay, I get bashed for believing girls should behave like girls and not like boys and told I was messed up. I want to know if there is a double standard here for girls and boys. I think boys should be boys and girls should be girls.
