4...probbaly less if eaten slower..
1 is definately not enough..
actually it depends what it is..
like biscuits..1 serving = 2 biscuits
now id need to eat about 15 biscuits to be "full"
but then theres things like baked beans
serving size- half tin
well, id need about a whole tin to be full so thats 2 servings.\
so i guess it depends what it is

supposably 1 but not always the case.....one serving is suppose to be the way to stay healthy and what not, but servings can be very small
