If it is Streamline by Newton (the song on the Pepsi commercial with Jimmy Fallon) then I would probably dance in my sleep.
That is probably the only song I would randomly dance to.

Well it's not quite random. Usually it's in response to music. I call it spontaneous dance. My ex boyfriend would get embarrassed when I would break into spontaneous dance at Wal Mart.
