Here's the deal.We have found the house of our dreams, but there is a catch I'm wrestling with my concience on.The lady who owns the house is in a nursing home and will not be leaving,no one in her family wants the house, and her son wants us to rent it until she passes away,at which time he will sell to us,minus the cost of repairs we will be investing. Our lawyer and his are waiting for us to say yes or no,the legalities are taken care of,but in your opinion, would this be morally wrong?To...be waiting for someone to pass away?Could you do it?
