I honestly don't think I could eat meat, knowing it came off the body of somebody I had talked to earlier, or sat beside on the plane, or shared a drink with. I can't picture myself knawing on their arm bone, or sucking the meat off their fingers. Not only that, but for me, it would be an issue of respect for their memory, and their family. Given the possibility of rescue, I couldn't live with myself knowing I had survived by eating the flesh of that little girl's Daddy, or that Newlywed's bride.

I would probably starve but I would explore every other option first. If there was airline food available in a plane crash, I would definitely eat it. I would also see if I had any hunter-gatherer skills left.
