I mean..countries like North Korea and Pakistan who are jealoused of thier neighbours take drastic steps to equalize them so that they are not proved inferior..When India tested 6 nuke missiles..imeediately pakistan also did so,so that they are not left behind similarly North Korea seems to be jealoused of the developing South Korea..but it has problems wid U.S too
