Okay I know there's no real "best" recordings or "best" conductors, but I was just wondering what everyone's favourite interpretations of Beethoven are...

Sookie got me thinking earlier when she brought up Dinosaur Jr.'s "Sludgefeast", which is exactly that, a delicacy of some of the heaviest gnarliest riffs laid down on a track (and also one of my favorite songs). Are there any other songs whose titles describe the song to a "T"?

I am from Japan. At the English lesson, we are going to sing American folk song Clemetine. The title of this song is also shown as My Darling Clementine. I wonder which is a correct title. Please tell me. Thank you.

Specifically, his more depressing and dark songs like, minute of decay, and man that you fear.

I'm a horror writer, and that type of gothic, depressing song makes really get in the mood to write, but so far, I haven't been able to find any that tickle my fancy except that of MM. So, does anyone know a band or singer that makes something that sounds like these songs?

I hear it on classic rock stations sometimes. The singer sounds something like Glen Danzig but I don't think it's him. Any ideas?

The lyrics are very different. I've listened to this song my whole life and could never figure what was going on in that song. What are they saying? I always thought it was about someone going crazy because of loneliness or something like that.

My father-in-law passed and we are doing a photo slide show for the services and we need songs to go along with the pictures. He was not overly into Gospil, but lived in the bible belt of the US, so the mourners will expect a bit of that. He liked Country music and was a bit of a "good ole boy" in his day. Any ideas? I have When I get where I'm going, The Dance, In the Arms of the Angels, and a few more... Help?
