Have you ever heard any lyrics that you havent understood or just thought were silly?

For example the hellogoodbye lyrics

I like where we are,
When we drive,
in your car
I like where we are....
Here

It doesn't have to be a band you hate i like hellogoodbye somewhat but i just thought those lyrics were a little too simple especially when they spoke them and you really noticed what they were saying

Tough call, but i have to say It was written, because it was clever word play and a tiny bit better lyrics than stillmatic, but there both really on par with each other.
Both classics.

My friend and I were asked to sing at a showcase. We were hoping to sing a duet from an opera. We are fans of Mozart especially, but we would really like something comedic and light, that still shows off our voices, which are very operatic.
He is a lyric tenor, I believe he is most comfortable below and A or so. I am a light lyric coloratura, and I feel most comfortable above an A. (haha, a bit of fach humor there.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated. We're really open to anything and we're hoping to have a great time singing together to find something.

ive been wondering what song this is, and it's been bugging me for a long time.
the chorus is, ooooh eee eee ah ah, chang chang, wadda wadda bing bang, ooh ee, ee ah ah, chang chang wadda wadda bing bang.

if i could have the artist and the title, that'd be awesome, but if you can only give me the title or just the artist, thats very helpful too. thanks!

..learned lessons from the stars of the 60s & 70s about drug use?

We know some still use them, but we're hearing for far fewer deaths. Today, the real public messes seem to be the Lindsey Lohans & Paris Hiltons as opposed to actual rock stars.
