Every six months, (today is one of them) my piano teacher schedules a piano recital for her students. I am one of the last people (3rd to last) to play a song, meaning that I am the third to the best (well, yay). Unfortunately, I ALWAYS get extremely nervous, and I shake a TON as I play, which messes me up. Actually, I am so nervous that I am shaking as I type this.

I am 14 and a half, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend ANY medicine AND/or things to do before I play (like breathing exercises). Thanks!

Hey guys, the sweet sixteen on the radio at 4:00. So, thanks to everyone who help me have bands qualify for the tournament. In order to thank you further I'll let all of you vote for the tournament, they'll be one matchup a day going from 4:00 to 8:30 on the radio. i personally think it is "my brothers made me a slave" from "slave" by presto ballet, of course referring to the bible when joseph's brothers sold him into slavery in egypt. you can put other lines leading to your line. another good one is "and she's buying a stairway to heaven" from "stairway to heaven" by led zeppelin. just want to see your ideas.

Okay, I don't know much about it. I was in a store a couple of days ago and heard it playing, and I thought it was nice. The only lyrics I heard went something like this: "No matter (couldn't hear this part) I will always love you.." It was kind of a slow song, and it may or may not have been an oldish song. The radio that was playing was also playing songs like "Like the Deserts Miss the Rain", if that helps.

It wasn't the Whitney Houston song or the Dolly Parton one, which is all I seem to be able to find from search engines. The lyrics may not have been exactly "I will always love you" but that's pretty much what I heard.

because, well, hes my idol... a inspiration, a artist, a wizard, a legend...

anyways so I have around 1/2 hour worth of clips and I have a song list, but I need one song, one song to rule them all, one song to cap it off...

As a Manchester United fan, of course I was watching all of BBC's FA Cup Final coverage and they showed that FANTASTIC Giggs montage, it made me cry, it was so beautiful... and I realized that was the type of song I'm missing a simple piano strings song that exudes a underlying power and piety... a song to inspire you, to silence you into awe not of ability but of character and beauty...
