I know a lot of Christian bands such as kutless, blindside, etc. but i am looking for some less known bands? For example i recently heard a band called mewithoutYOU----awesome band but not really popular.

I'm looking for a song by Tom Jones that came out in the 90's. He had a video with a lot of dogs with leashes that were connected to wires all over a city allowing them to go anywhere people could. I'll be blunt. I haven't found a lot of good music for the last five years, and I've stopped looking. I really love the old stuff: Karen Carpenter, John Denver, Elton John, Dionne Warwick, and even some harder rock like RUSH (my favorite band). In college, I loved groups like Ultravox, Siouxi and the Banshees, Grace Slick, Split Enz, etc.

My musical taste leans toward the soulful, romantic side. I love hearing Grace Slick belt out tunes with Jefferson Starship, but I love ballads.

What the heck is out there now? Who are the great performers?

It is a new song by a male country singer, I think he is a newer artist as well. The song is kinda slow and I think some of the lyrics in the chorus are "If I could do it all over again" or something like that. The song talks about a girl he let go and about not going to his grandmother's funeral and how he wishes he could go back and do things over again because he feels bad. Please....someone help me!

Hi everyone,

I volunteered to work with youth on a community fashion show. It's very lighthearted, and the teens chose a country music theme (I would have preferred techno with a strong beat, but you know...). The actual show itself is more commercial than high fashion (as one might expect, obviously). The teens are basically walking in a T formation onstage and showing off their designs.

So can anyone suggest nice country music with youth appropriate lyrics (no sexual overtones, drinking, etc.) and a strong beat to walk to? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! :)
