I'm looking for a song by Tom Jones that came out in the 90's. He had a video with a lot of dogs with leashes that were connected to wires all over a city allowing them to go anywhere people could. It's an upbeat, high-energy-kind of song. A long stretch to find with such a vauge discription, but if anyone can help Yahoo Answers can. Thanks.

I wish you could have provided more info but He had so many hit songs that it would be hard to remember them all . I don't recall seeing the video but you might check his official web site and see if the title comes to you from the list of albums

Tom Jones redid "Kiss" originated by Prince. I am not sure it that's what you're thinking of.
