Usually I can find a song I like but I can't seem to remember the right lyrics for this. It's a slow, very soft song, and the lyrics go something like, "Tell me who (what?) you want me to be..."
tana na na
tana na na.

Yeah, I pretty much don't know anything else about it. Hope someone can help! :)

We got a band and we are entering a competition for the radio soon and we need to know which of our songs is the best and most "single" worthy. We just have a demo its nothing professional. Could you listen to the songs and pick which one you like best please and also comment on what you think about our sound?

I was elected Secretary of a Junior High School. At my school we have a problem: students are LAPDANCING at the dances. As secretary, i am responsible for selecting music. Do you know any MODERN music that does not suggest Lap Dancing.

PS- Don't say cancel the dances. WE TRIED IT. Students vandalized the school

Usually I don't think covers are better than originals, but Johnny Cash's voice just seems to fit this song. I like both versions, what do you think?

world is hard up for talent and running out of new ideas. I've listed some older songs that sound the same to my ears. Tell me if they sound the same to you or list other songs that sound alike. This lists the order in what year the song came out, first to last, exposing the true creator of the song and second, the copycat!
1.Hopelessly devoted to You by Olivia Newton John and Saving All My Love For You by Whitney Houston.
2.Boogie Nights by ____________ and Last Train To London by ELO.
3.It's My Party ( and I can cry if I want to) by _____________ and We Don't Talk Anymore by Cliff Richard.
4.Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler and Making Love out of Nothing at All by Air Supply.
5. I Want a New Drug by Huey Lewis and Ghostbusters by Ray Parker J.R.

Seems like it was yesterday when I saw your face
You told me how proud you were, but I walked away
If only I knew what I know today
Ooh, ooh

I would hold you in my arms
I would take the pain away
Thank you for all you've done
Forgive all your mistakes
There's nothing I wouldn't do
To hear your voice again
Sometimes I wanna call you
But I know you won't be there

Ohh I'm sorry for blaming you
For everything I just couldn't do
And I've hurt myself by hurting you

Some days I feel broke inside but I won't admit
Sometimes I just wanna hide 'cause it's you I miss
And it's so hard to say goodbye
When it comes to this, oooh
Would you tell me I was wrong?
Would you help me understand?
Are you looking down upon me?
Are you proud of who I am?

There's nothing I wouldn't do
To have just one more chance
To look into your eyes
And see you looking back

Ohh I'm sorry for blaming you
For everything I just couldn't do
And I've hurt myself, ohh
