my mom and dad don't really know (it's not like I hide it from them or anything, it just doesn't come up.) But I don't think that they would like me listening to them, they'll think I'll get like Gerard was (drunk, a druggie, ect.) they'll judge him (even though he's different now) and he's got past that but he still curses a lot. And I'll never be able to go to a concert and I feel like I have to hide it from them but I love theirmusic, I understand it... and my parents just don't think that I can comprehend it. It's not like I'm all "MCR saved my life" and everything because I'm only 12 but I can sit there and decipher their lyrics and get something out of it, and I understand that when he curses... it's something because it gets his point across. How do I make my parents understand this?! Help!

I love folk music, Celtic music, anything with a dulcimer in it... love ballads, traditional songs... Who do you listen to? Can you recommend something that you really like? (Please suggest songs with lyrics because I'm not that fond of instrumental music.) Thanks!!!!

I dont listen to the current garbage music scenes. I never bought any cds from Britney Spears nor from Jessica Alba. I only collect Rock Classic bands ...by the way, who still know Grand Funk Railroad & James Gang today? they were great american bands. Iam not sure whether the youngsters do know these wonderful great bands.

for those of you that show your stupidity with you degrading remarks about taylor hicks did two judges tell you no or did all three
judges tell you no!?!?!?!
Do you belittle him because you have no musical talent or do and can't get a regular following of fans???

My little sister watches that KOL Saturday Morning thing on CBS. I don't know if any of y'all watch that. I thought I got out of my Teen Pop Bop, but now I can't any of their songs out of my head. If anyone watches Dance Revolution, they'll know what I'm talking about. Those girls in that group look like they're 20.
