I'm basically a good rip off of Michael Buble. Everytime I do karaoke the crowds go nuts. So, my question is, how do I turn that into paying gigs like weddings and barmitzvas etc.? Or anything that pays for that matter. I don't need to be famous, just paid.

Answer with GOOD reasons and not things like "cuz they just suk" Please explain why. I have no idea why people don't like them. What's so annoying about them? If they suck, then how did they have 8 singles already? (Perfect, I'm Just A Kid, Addicted, I'd Do Anything, Shut Up, Untitled, Welcome To my Life, Crazy) There are so many fans out there for them. Why do all the haters waste their time flipping them off and saying a lot of stupid **** to them? It doesn't make sense to me.

Ok, I think I'm good, according to all the people at the local karaoke bar I'm great. People say I sound "almost exactly like Michael Buble."I think my style is quite different than his. So now what? I'm in phoenix AZ, so maybe I need to move. I want to make a living singing. I don't need to be a super star or make a million bucks, I just want to find something that pays the bills so I can quit my crappy job and sing for a living. I'm 1 year too old for American Idol so that's out. Karaoke ain't paying me nothin but compliments. What do I do? Show me the money!!!!!!

I was just downloading the Etta James song At Last and decided to dl Joss Stone's cover as well. Is it just me or are they like identical? I kept listening and switching back and forth and they sounded so much alike that I wondered if the files were marked wrong and they were BOTH Etta James. I downloaded Joss Stone again and it still sounds the same. Is it just me or do they sound EXACTLY alike?
