All these lyrics, though seemingly unrelated, have a theme in common, who knows what it is?

"Crazy laughter in another room / she drove herself to laughter with a silver spoon."
Witchy Woman- The Eagles

"Rock on -- gold dust woman
Take your silver spoon
And dig your grave

Did she make you cry
Make you break down
Shatter your illusions of love
Is it over now -- do you know how
Pickup the pieces and go home."
Gold Dust Woman- Fleetwood Mac

"I see your hair is burnin'
Hills are filled with fire
If they say I never loved you
You know they are a liar
Drivin' down your freeways
Midnite alleys roam
Cops in cars, the topless bars
Never saw a woman...
So alone, so alone
So alone, so alone

Motel Money Murder Madness
Let's change the mood from glad to sadness

Well, I took a little down about an hour ago
Took a look around, see which way the wind blow
With the little girls in the Hollywood bungalows"

L.A. Woman- The Doors

They all mention women and some sort of wealth. So, I would have to say all the lyrics deal with a man that has had a relationship or run-in with a rich girl. Silver spoon is usually used when talking about someone that has a prominent or wealthy family.
