How does one go about starting their own radio station? Are there laws or restrictions or some kind of form I should know about or fill out? Does anyone know any websites or reliable sources of information that can accurately answer these questions?

The radio station would be small, of course, and would play a variety of music, have a few talk shows, and it would be (at first) voluntary, until enough money can be raised to pay people. Local bands and businesses could adverstise as well. Main target: teenagers, high schoolers, recent high school graduates.

If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it!

Im gonna clean the house....gonna fix the fence...in my final hours im gonna tie up these loose ends...i wont leave a note for anyone to find....tomorrow they'll know what I've done here tonight...the jurastic steps I've taken or just an act of desperation....I knew no one would miss me so what the hell....i fought a lot...I drank soo much...hurt everyone I ever touched...and just how much I've hurt you its hard to tell....this is not some cry for help...its good-bye I wish you well because I love you....Im gonna kill myself.....

Is techno still alive, or did it die...when did it die? lol, I remember people used to listen to it all the time. Nothing is wrong with techno, its just rap without words and better mixes.
