In junior high I was mostly listening to Metallica, Guns n Roses, and Aerosmith. One day I bought "Low End Theory" by A Tribe Called Quest, and I have never bought a rock album since (excluding some indies). ATliens by Outkast cemented hip hop as my favorite genre of music.

Ever since than I have craved jazzy hip hop beats with smooth, positive rhymes over them. "Low End Theory" has justified hip hop for me, but radio stations continue to represent hip hop as mindless crack music, music to brag on, and to degrade women.

Which album has most influenced your musical tastes?
Ten, Ok Computer, Nevermind, Appetite for Destruction, Pisces Iscariot, Wish, DSOTM, Ready to Die, The Chronic, Lethal Injection, Reasonable Doubt, Illmatic, Dookie...?
