I have a new song now(by Evanescence), but my all time favorite is Ja Rule's mix of Tupac's "So Much Pain" it is so deep, and convicting at the same time. Especially the part when you hear Tupac's voice take over Ja Rule's and the woman's voice gets louder as she sings and the beat is pretty good too. This song was about Tupac being tired of the "strain and pain" and how he had to fend off people the best way he knew how. It is very poetic, and I will always love it.

Every time I hear Louis Armstrong singing Wonderful World, the hairs on the back of my neck rise and I have to stop and actually listen to the song, In a world so full of crap, that song just erases it all for a few minutes

If pushed to pick one song only it would have to be Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. It is three songs in one and each section is a work of genius. I don't believe there will ever be another song quite like it.
