Yes, it's nearly ten years old now, but it's bugged me for so long. What is this song about? Is the girl getting an abortion? Did the parents force some sort of confession? Why is SHE the brick in this whole thing? Why is it HE who is drowning?

I feel like I'm missing something when I hear this song (though the whole album is one of my desert-island must-haves).

Elvis Presly sang a song titiled ' Hurt', Timi Yuro re did it in 62'. I know I heard it in the mid 70's perhaps by Linda Rondstadt. I just thought it would be neat to find out all the people who've recorded that song, or any song for that matter. Anyone know of such search engines out there?

i was watching this music video where this dude could see how long people had left to live... it was like a countdown clock right above their head and hes walking down the street and sees a ladies clock is about to run out so he goes and pushes her out of the way just in time to escape a big thing falling on her car. then he walks away, and the woman he saved is hte only one that can see the clocks now. what is the song and who sings it?
