I caught this on TV just before christmas. It's a pretty cool chick-flick/road movie, packed with indie music and starring Whoopi Goldberg, Drew Barrymore and Mary Louise-Parker. Does anyone know what it is called though? It's really starting to bug me. First one with correct answer gets 10 points. Thank you.

I saw it a really long time ago. There's this small town and there's a storm so they all go into a church or something and this creepy/evil guy comes and is like "You have to give me one of your children so they can be my apprentice or else you all die." It's a really creepy movie but I just wanted to know what the name of it was.
