Waterworld starring Kevin Costner. The world is covered with all water but they believe that there is dry land out there somewhere and the clue to finding it is a tattoo on a little girls back. With every sci-fi movie there is a bad guy, the bad guy once to kidnap the little girl and find dry land for his people(really just for himself). Long story short, Kevin Costners character is a fish guy with gills who saves the little girl and the woman who is taking care of her while the bad guys attack their floating city,blahblah the bad guy ends up kidnapping the girl when he attacks Costners boat...Costner goes to rescue her..blah..blah bad guy blows up they find dry land but Costner doesn't stay with them because he belongs in the water
