The only detail i can recall from the movie was this scene in which there was these twins on tricycles running in an old house's hall, perphaps they weren't on tricycles and were standing up.
It was an old strange "horror" movie.

It also plays on one of PBS's "Be More" commercials. Its performed by a large chorus. Sounds very inspirational. Any help would be appreciated. NOTE: Amazon.com has the original score and soundtrack, but won't allow you to sample the music so that's out. If anyone knows an alternative to amazon that allows you to listen to the music please let me know. Thanks.
