Is the movie The Departed any good? The tralier looks pretty good and it's up for some Golden Globes. If I take the time to see it, will it be worth my time?

Mine is Where the heart is ....my husband calls it the "Walmart Movie" and it has a lot of cute parts in it... my second choice is Here on Earth....an average girl has two hotties like Chris Klein and Josh Hartnett fighting over her....

My kids, ages 13 and 10 are beyond Santa which I find to be very sad. I still make as though he exists and probably always will. I now have an almost 2 year old and I think my kids are starting to see some of the magic again through his eyes. My question is, I would like to get each of them a "reindeer" bell and have it engraved with the word "Believe" Any clues where I can get something like this?
