I don't know about the best scene, but there's a scene in Tortilla Soup when Leticia and Carmen are in the bathroom, and Leticia is reading her love letter from her "secret admirer", Carmen comes in and grabs it from her. Carmen then notices that Leticia put Preperation H (I think) under her eyes to help with wrinkles, because Hortencia told her she should. It's just such a sister scene.

One of the funniest ones is the 'party' scene with the 2 nerds hiding from their own party in 'Weird Science' and then the 2 girls they're trying to hook up with come in...LOL.
The bathroom scene in the movie 'Fame' when the boys are ontop of the stalls peeking at the girl's bathroom and the whole thing falls! LOL! So funny, it was copied in 'Porky's' and a hundred other movies...lol

Full Metal Jacket when that guy shoots his drill instructor then he blows his own head off. I alos Ace Ventura when he is looking towards that guys "package" at the urinal, the guy notices him looking, then tip-toes out of the bathroom after Ace. I also LOVE the scene in Cable Guy when Jim Carrey beats the crap out of Owen Wilson. How about the "Acid Trip" scene in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Nightmare on Elm Street when Freddy's glove comes up between that chick's legs when she is in the bathtub.

i don't remember the name.....around 1977........there was a movie with a backwoods setting and a crooked sherrif. the sherrif was looking through a penthouse on the crapper and heard a ticking noise. when he looked between his legs the dynamite blew everything to kingdom come....I'm sure the movie was a load, but i've never been able to remember the name nor forget the scene.
