My husband and I went to see it this evening and concluded that it is not a movie that children should watch; there are numerous instances of sexual innuendo, as well as underlying political and religious messages that your kids may or may not notice, but that would certainly shape their perceptions in small ways. Anyway, having presented my angle, what are your thoughts? If you think it IS suitable for children, why? Disclaimer: I'm not judging anyone who chooses to take their children to see it. What you decide to do within your own family is your business. I'm just sharing what my husband and I thought, and now I am curious to hear others' opinions. So before you start bashing me for being judgmental, realize I'm simply interested in what you have to say.

Anotherwords, don't you think that the worse or more mature the rating on movies or videogames, wouldn't that make it stand out more. For example: If you saw some movie rated G and another with practically the same plot and was rated PG-13, wouldn't you pick the PG-13 virson?

Here is what I remember from the movie I saw it about four years ago on TV bear with me because the details are vague but it's all I remember.

It was a war related movie if I recall it was about an american prison/punishment camp of some sorts in the middle of a jungle lead by your stereotypical hard *** warden who mistreated some american prisoners who I believe were ex-pilots (I do remember one female prisoner was named Lietuenant Casey or close to that) anyways and the prisoners finally escape and enlist the help of the second in command who has sympathy for them and helps them bring the "cruel demented" warden to justice.

I hope that is enough information if anyone can help me out I would much appreciate it :)

Dane has been talking about going on tour, and if he does it'll probably be some kind of arena. So what then? How old would you have to be since Dane uses a lot of language and sexual references?

Dane Cook is the funniest man alive, so I will do anything to go see him. I want to be front row. He's amazing!

I've read online that there are some deleted scenes for the movie "Boogie Nights" that don't appear on the Special Edition DVD. Does anyone know if this is true, and if it is, where I can see them or at least find out what happens in them?

I'm 21 and it's the highlight of my year... i never rent or buy the movie. It has to be broadcast on TV. I let the television networks decide if it's going to be a good christmas or not. That movie makes or breaks the holidays - i hope it's on this year!

Why do you think Tom Hanks (Chuck Nolan) was driving around with a volleyball in his front seat. I like to think that it was a way to honour or stay connected to his lost "friend"...who of course wasn't real, and just his own imagination, but it kept him alive, and it was very real to him....and wow I cried when he lost him...but I digress...

I remember the story of this movie just not the title. the movie had a plot that said they had developed a way to go back in time to the dinosaurs. When you go back in time you are on a platform that moves with you. You have to stay on the platform or time would completly be changed. But, when someone steps off the platform and steps on a butterfly. when they head back to the future, all the animals have mutated and are destroying everything. WHAT MOVIE IS THIS!!!!!!
