Went to see the film and there aren't any of the james bond generic features in the film at all. But none of the critics have said this so i thought it was just me.

Does anyone else think that this one isn't going to have the same effect as the other Rocky's have had? Seeing how as the last one came out in 1991, the visual effects as well as the whole qualtiy of the movie are obviously going to be better. But will that have an effect on on the fans?

I, personally think that it will turn out to actually working as an advantage that it's bee 15 years since we've gotten another one. And I look forward to seeing it.

I don't remember the title but I remember seeing a christmas movie a few years ago that was on telivision. And it had this guy who didn't apprietate(sp?) his wife but on Christmas eve she gets run over by a car because she saw her neighbors dog on the street and tried rescueing it?(I think)
and so he's really sad and this guy tells him that he can go back 3days and spend time with her but she must die on Christmas eve at the same hour and that was the deal. But in the end of the movie he tries to prevent her from getting killed and when she steps onto the street to save the dog, he saves her and goes to the hospital and they both survive.(I think?)

I'm not for sure if it was a telivision original movie or what. Help me out here. Please. I loved the movie.

I'm a big Red Dwarf fan. The sci fi concepts portrayed in it are literally out of this world. There are hardly any sci fi comedies though, on TV or in film. Can you think of any? I mean truly great, on a par with Star Wars, ET, the Alien Saga, Close Encounters, etc.
Are pruducers afraid to spend money on sci fi comedy, thinking it wont make that much money? Is it just because comedy is so difficult that adding sci fi concepts on top would make it impossible for most writers. Is it the sponsors? Is it us?

I'm doing a movie project on gender violence. The topics include intimate partner violence, sexual harrassment, sexual assault, and gender intimidation. Does anyone have any ideas on movies that have scenes featuring these between males and females? preferably newer movies that would be available at the local movie rental.
