The 6th Sense!
I know, it sounds like that's the only horror movie I've ever seen, but I've also seen The Grudge, The Village, Signs, The Haunting, and Poltergist, but 6th Sense was the scarriest. It messes with your mind! Silence of the Lambs is supposed to be scary too, but I haven't seen it.

I'd have to say it's a tie between the Exorcist, Amityville Horror, and the Omen (all original versions). I think I almost peed on myself...I scare easily
