Deadly and everyone wasnt buying them becasue of it. They were army action figures that had these army computer chips in them and it made them deadly. There were 2 groups the humans and these wierd alien things. The made vehicles and weopons out of house items and they had a remote control nail gun car. (I forgot the name but I want to rent it again but I need the name Please help me)

A friend of mine wanted me to look this up since she doesn't have a computer. Does anyone know the name of this movie with the information below? It's a movie about a young girl in an abusive family. Her father whoops her. There is also a scene where she is molested in the car by her father. There is another scene where some family finds out and starts to beet the father up. But that doesn't stop the father from doing what he does...does anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks.
