The terminator 101 that is, the classic model from the first film. Not the liquid one or the female one.

Terminator would win based on the first Robocop movie and the first Terminator movie.
Robocop is a half-human/half-robot cyborg, while Terminator is all robot with a skin coating he uses as camoflage to infiltrate into human areas. Terminator was still going after Sarah Connor after he lost all of his flesh.
Robocop has to eat. He at that goop. Terminator doesn't need to eat.
Robocop has to sleep. Robocop dreamt about his family. Terminator can kill 24/7. No dreams. No remorse.
Robocop needs to be nursed back to health when he's was shot up. Terminator is self-sufficient where he just cut off what was bothering him... his fleshy hand... his eyeball. Hence, Terminator feels no pain.
Also, Terminator can take a lot of damage since his bones are a strong metal alloy. Robocop has armor, but is flesh underneath. Robocop is susceptible to armor piercing ammo.
That's why I think Terminator will win over Robocop.

Terminator as Robocop was once virtually destroyed in Robocop 2. and again in Robocop 3. Terminator has the power to do a time travel stunt. He would look at where he went wrong in the fight the come back and kick some serious @rse with robocop! "I'll be back!"

Robocop because of the fact the T-800 is old, lacks important intelligence, and weapons which Robocop has even regardless of the undeniable fact that he's a million/2-human. BF: Lisbeth Salander, smarter, deadlier, and prettier than that piece of crap action picture. She could discern it out in no-time!
