This is so hard, being such a big movie fan it would have to be Lord of the Rings trilogy for the best picture, Clint Eastwood for best Director, hands down, it's a tie between Russell Crowe and Kevin Spacey for best actor, a tie between Julia Roberts and Judi Dench for best actress. What about you?

Damn.. . it's really hard to pick just one but here goes:
Best Picture: The City of Lost Children
Best Director: Jean Pierre Jeunet and Marc Caro (they work best when they work together)
Best Actor: Film: Edward Norton TV: Clancy Brown
Best Actress: Film: Toni Collete TV: Amy Madigan
There's some fantastic actors in television at the moment, so I had to include them...

Without a doubt, 1939's Gone With the Wind....for all of the above categories. Even if you have a hard time with the issues of slavery, racism, etc., the movie itself is just about perfectly made. I have read the novel over 30 times (no exaggeration) and I think that the movie is the best adaptation of a novel I have ever seen.
