the film starts with image in black and white, like a classical movie. the action takes place in a town in the mid' 60s, about some people who thinks that the world is limited to their town, and there is nothing beyond its limits....the books' pages are blank etc...soon they discover that tho world is bigger than they thought, and everything around becomes color step by step to the end of the movie.
please help me with this. iy's a very good movie and i'd like to see it again...but i can't find its name...

The story is about a group of people on a spaceship that are talking to a small boy who's lost, alone on a planet. The boy is named Peel and thinks that the voices he hears are Mike (which is his microphone) and doesn't realise they are people. There's a strange creature that trys to steal his Mike. He's told by an old guy with a banjo and a metal plate in his head to eat the fruit from the trees that looks like strawberries. Also in the film one of Mikes voices (characters) is a woman and another is her twin brother. Also there are two little aliens that burst out of a flower and joined the crew...they were telepathic. Near the end of the film the twin brother sacrifices himself when they're captured on a planet inhabited by what look like identical faceless angels. These are vague memories but I desperately want to find this again...if you can help?

I thought it was called The Lovers, but when I look it up I can't ever find it. The Lovers might be its US title. Anyway, it's about this girl who has to move to China i think (not sure) and she's 18 but looks WAY younger than she is. She and this Chinese man (age 32) have an affair. I think it's rated R with some nudity. I've never seen it. My friend wants to know and she told me to ask on yahoo answers so help if you can!

Why popcorn of all things? I know nachos, hot dogs, pretzels, and all sorts of candy are also customary, but popcorn seems to be the biggest snack consumed while watching movies (both in theaters and at home). Anyone know why?

What do u think of the movie "The Departed"?
i dont know i just watched it yesterday and i really liked the story, but i had higher expectations for that movie, maybe its because of the big names (amazing actors).
i dont know, is it the editing? directing? the unexplained facial expresions? or is it something else?

I think it was called cockadoodle rock there were barn animals, and a little boy who got turned into a squirrel, Pretty sure it was a cartoon. There was a roster that sang and yeah i wanna know the name of it.
