I'm not looking to find an agent and go that route. It really is more of just something to try so I can say I did. Though I would like it if someone at least opens the letter and views it. I don't care if they send it to the shredder. I was thinking of writing a letter, signing it, then have a friend sign it as a witness. Such that if something ever did develop, I'd have prior art. Would a letter need to be sent certified mail, return receipt? Would movie studios just return any letter unopened? It is not any sort of A run movie, so something like Lion's Gate might be a target (who else?). Any genuine help would be appreciated. I don't have a script nor do I plan to write one.

I love this movie, i was watching it today and i thought of a few questions just to "kill time":
1. would you have liked to see children from other countries? (there was 2 from England and 2 from USA) i would have liked to see one from Asia and maybe a Latino too.
2. why is Willie Wonka's skin so pale? it almost looks gray....
3. what's Willie's nationality? is he supoused to be British?
4. the chocolate river... what do you think it was really made of? (i don't think they melted all that chocolate to film the movie)
5. why didn't the news reporters come to Charlie's house when he found the Golden Ticket?
6. do you think Willie Wonka did all that on purpose to teach those bratty kids a lesson?
7. which is your favorite song in the movie? mine is the one the oompa loompas sang when Augustus Gloop fell in the chocolate river.
8. do you think Willie is a bit crazy, or is he just pretending?

Hey. If any of you are looking for any last-minute gift ideas for me, I have one. I'd like Frank Shirley, my boss, right here tonight. I want him brought from his happy holiday slumber over there on Melody Lane with all the other rich people and I want him brought right here, with a big ribbon on his head, and I want to look him straight in the eye and I want to tell him what a cheap, lying, no-good, rotten, four-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-***, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed sack of monkey **** he is. Hallelujah. Holy ****. Where's the Tylenol?

They all sit around a table for supper and have a good bottle of wine and one loaded with arsenic. They invite people from the town for dinner and ask questions. Who ever they don't like - they poison and bury in the garden out back. They then go on to growing tomato's off of their corpse and incorporate these tomato's in the meals.
