Bad luck on the 13th is easy to believe when you're a kid (you don't know any better). I've been around enough "Friday the 13th's" in my life to know that it's a load of Bull.
However, Tupac did pass on a Friday the 13th in September.

i think it is awesome that today is friday, the 13th. considering that there are several months out of the year that it turns out to be the 13th on a friday.
one of my ultimate scary movie actually from the 1970's is "graduation day". i first saw it was i was 12 and it scared the gimmie out of me.
i also enjoy all the originals (1st movies ) of : omen, poltesgiest, halloween, friday the 13th, amityville horror, nightmare on elm street, psycho.

it quite is between the grimy Harry video clips with Clint Eastwood. I forget the call of it, even though it quite is the only on the tip the place he shoots a psychopathic killer at a quarry that had hijacked a college bus and took a toddler hostage by utilising a lake. as quickly as Harry shoots the guy and the youngster escapes, the killer tries to realize for his gun. Harry says, " Do you sense fortunate punk, nicely do ya?" Then Harry shoots and kills him. proper justice!

scariest movie: without a doubt the exorcist. as for friday the 13th, statistically speaking, your chances of getting into an accident is 52% higher on this day. other then that, i think its all self-fulfilling prophecy.

I don't know if i believe in bad luck.... I lean more towards karma, what goes around comes around, do unto others... and all that jazz.
Scary movies?? Any and all.... crappy filming, bad acting, or vice versa.... its all about the spirit of being scared to death (or laughing at the cheesy actors and ketchup blood scenes)
