my favs are (anime) dn angel, angel sanctuary, Gravitation, Elfen Lied.
(manga) Absolute Boyfriend, dn Angel, Angel Sanctuary, gravitation.
I want to get into the Yaio and shenon ai. Boys are so cute when the kiss *blushes*
Some good ones of yaio is ment to be lost boys and yellow.

I was looking through Netflix, and I found a series (of what I think is) movies named Lain. And I knew about this anime series called Serial Experiment(s) Lain (not sure if Experiment was plural or not in the name). I have wanted to see the series. So here is my question:

Are these two related (same characters, storyline, you know), are the movies the actual anime series (not just movies based off the anime), and if it is, does it take place after the series (do I need to see the series before I watch the movies)?
