The slickest would have to be Bugs Bunny or Jerry from Tom and Jerry. Both are the slick on top of oil.

There was a character named 'Slick' who was part of the Liberty Project (look it up!) and his super power was to negate friction. I guess he was popular with the girls. He could skate around on any surface as if it was ice.
There was a similar character who was one of Spider Man's minor villains. (I forget his name.) He was a research chemist who developed a new nonstick coating but couldn't sell it, so he coated a bodysuit with it and went on a crime spree. Spidey's webs wouldn't stick to him, and he could slalom down the city streets like on skis, and nobody could grab him or hold him.
