If you were doing a self treatment that was turning your skin blue, would you continue to do it??? Story is on yahoo main page, he drinks silver in water as a cure all but after 14 yrs of this he is blue!! Any thoughts or comments welcome!

Not only did I get knocked back to nightshift 7pm-7am because two people suddenly decide they want days, but now vacation picks came out and Halloween weekend was taken. Everyone knows I always take that weekend to party, but the guy who took it doesnt want to work because it is "busy."

So besides needing to vent I wanted to know how you all relieve the tension and anger caused by your work?
