He also held over thirty patents, including one for an artificial heart and and an indicator to show when frozen food had gone bad after a power outage.

I don't know what mien is,if i had to choose probly (not very sad lol) but Truly,Madly Deeply by Savage Gardens - It always makes me cry :P

Also if any of you guys know what this song is called please tell me, its really sad and it's about a little girls daddy dieing in some kind of war or accident.

We used to have such a warm and friendly format to our main local radio station, with all local personalities and snappy informative banter interspersed with middle-of-the-road talk and even some nice adult standard music. Then about ten years ago, the station was sold. Not much changed then, the same local personalities were kept with their own brand of entertainment, but a few syndicated programs were added, mainly to the mid-afternoon and late-night slots. However, about 3 years ago, another broadcast company acquired the station, fired everyone but the morning show host and has a continuous in-your-face syndicated talk format. Even the morning host has changed his persona form a fatherly icon to an abrasive and abusive loudmouth. What's going on the the radio business?

Construction worker on the 5th floor of a building needed a handsaw. So he spots another worker on the ground floor and yells down to him, but he can't hear him. So the worker on the 5th floor tries sign language. He pointed to his eye meaning "I", pointed to his knee meaning "need", then moved his hand back and forth in a hand saw motion. The man on the ground floor nods his head, pulls down his pants, whips out his chop and starts masturbating. The worker on 5th floor gets so pissed off he runs down to the ground floor and says, "What the **** is your problem!!! I said I needed a hand saw!". The other guy says, "I knew that! I was just trying to tell you - I'm coming!"

does anyone else get irritated that on every question that stupid gap advert comes on, "say hi to your family"... i am sick of seeing it and hearing it and i cant turn it off! How can i stop it? i press pause and it opens a new window.

In the first film there was an important character called Sergeant Al Powell. In the end he saved the lives of Mr and Mrs McClaine by shooting the last terrorist. This character also had a cameo in Die Hard 2. Why was he not in 3 + 4? Why was he in 2? Was he supposed to have a bigger role in 2 but the actor wasn't availalbe? Does anyone know?

It was a song sung by a young guy in the early 1980's about his trip to Egypt. He visits many touristic places there; including the pyramids and the sphinx. He also goes to the barber and I remember the Egyptian barber was an old man that was smiling while he was cutting off the singer's hair.

The singer was a young man with round sunglasses and had short hair and (if my memory would not betray me) was wearing a vest.
