Name This TV Movie About Witches for Me, Please!!!?

Okay, the movie starts off with this little girl on a train, and she is with a person who has some type of evil, ancient artifact. The little girl keeps her eye on the artifact, and eventually, you see the adult die, and the little girl gets off the train with the artifact. Then you see the girl as an adult, and she has a cousin, who is married with children. She wants her cousin's husband, so she mentally does something to make the cousin die. The cousin is standing in front of a glass store, and a car crashes into the store and pins the cousin under, and the woman dies. So the evil chick seduces the husband, and you can tell that she had something to do with it, even though she wasn't actually there (telekinesis, maybe). This is as far as I got into the movie. If anyone knows what this is, I'll be very happy!
