EVERY night i cant fall asleep. i do have the tv on but if its not on i get scared. so y cant i get to sleep?? ne ideas besides turn off the tv??

Whenever I take the subway, I'd be sitting between two dudes who can't seem to keep their thighs together! Both would sit with their legs splayed open and I would feel bloody trapped and have to cross my legs... Why can't guys sit decently and spare us this discomfort?!
