My sister is an actress for a nighttime soap and when I visit her there are sometimes papa outside her house. They follow us and stare and snap pictures and they are just waiting to see you trip or do something out of line to get money off it. I have a baby girl and I try to protect her, but they mostly don't want you to know they are there so that they can catch you slippin.

I've wondered if celebs would be smart to wear the same outfit all the time. Basically, buy a whole bunch of the same color of sweats and wear them around except when going to a red carpet situation. That way, it would be hard to date the pics... they'd all look alike.. and make the pics less valuable.
I think I'd have no problem with paparazzi, even if I were famous. They'd be very, very bored by me and find it hard to market pictures of someone doing boring things. Britney does outrageous/marketable things like not wearing underwear, driving with a kid on her lap, acting goofy, wearing pink wigs, etc. If she looked normal, wore her underwear and just went to do normal things, they'd have been bored with her a long time ago.

what i love about this question is your total belief that i'm gonna be famous. i would love to be the target of gossip press!!! the only drag though would be that i would have to look my best each time i go out , so i will have to shop a lot. but i don't see that as a big problem really. talk about vanity! lol
to be honest i think the paparazzi don't follow these 'celebrities'; most of them call them themselves really . that's what i think.

There are only a few clowns out there that have the paparzzi following them all the time. Usually they really aren't doing anything of note besides getting into trouble. I could deal with it I'm sure. But, I'm not getting famous, and I like it that way.

I'd never want to be famous but if I was I'd just get a camera and follow them around taking pictures of everything they did and then post it on the web because I THOUGHT everyone actually cared.

yes that is IF im famous. im just the calm type. dont really care bout people around me as long as they're not touching. lol
anyway, i respect the way tom cruise and david beckham handle the press. amazing.
